Grenjanesviti - Lighthouse

The lighthouse is 19 m tall was built in 1941-1944. You can park your car by the old airfiel by the sea just north of Sauðanes farm and walk to the lighthouse. The walk, both ways, is about 8 km so it's good to take some drinking water with you and snacks. 
When crossing the horse and sheep fence, please close the gates, and do not travel in motorised vehicles in this area.
